A new ongoing yoga class that
prepares you for deep relaxation through techniques of breath,
sound, movement & meditation. For students new to Kundalini Yoga
& others desiring to renew their yoga practice.

About Kundalini Yoga: One of the wonderful
things about Kundalini yoga is that it brings together eastern
and western knowledge of the body, how it works, and how we can
help ourselves. The point to yoga is to give you the tools
within yourself to grow through all that limit you. In Kundalini
we do sit longer and more often than in Hatha yoga, so I suggest
to bring a zafu (meditation pillow) or something that helps you
sit comfortably on the floor with your back straight for longer
than your body will most likely be used to. There will be extra
pillows for anyone who needs one. (Amber)

Ideal for students who are fairly new to Yoga or
for more experienced students who simply want a yoga
practice focused on the fundamentals of warming up, gentle
stretching, popular postures, and deep relaxation. Several
advanced poses may be demonstrated to challenge the practice and
deepen the understanding of classical yoga!

A new ongoing Vinyasa-style yoga class that will
challenge and re-awaken your personal power as you move into
stillness and peace.
For EXPERIENCED yoga students
(Intermediate-to-advanced).

Why “Vinyasa” Yoga? The word may sound
scary to some and challenging and exiting to others, but
VINYASA yoga simply describes
a vigorous, fitness-based approach to flowing
postures of yoga. The exercises purify and heal your body by
making you balanced, strong, flexible, sensitive, energized and
relaxed. They promote radiant health. They also increase your
mental stamina by training your mind to concentrate and sustain
a focused attention. The result is the experience of stillness
and peace. So are you willing to reawaken your personal power?
The starting point is to show up on your mat. This is where you
