The Yoga of Drum and Chant is an energetic experience designed to renew your
spirit and encourage transformative growth through direct positive action.
Through conscious breath, sacred chant, and the healing power of the drum,
you will leave the workshop feeling peaceful, grounded, invigorated, and
alive. The energy exchange that comes from drumming and chanting as a group
will lift you to a new level of openness within yourself that will continue
to move you towards new personal and spiritual exploration. During the
Experience you will: 


*	Develop a stronger rhythmic foundation as you learn about yourself. 

*	Feel purpose and connection as you make music in an energized group
setting 

*	Deeply explore rhythms and mantras from around the world 

*	Learn simple, effective exercises to help you center, balance and
relax yourself. 

*	Sharpen listening skills and dexterity 

*	Leave feeling enlivened and focused
