great complement to the book. Whereas the book is based on commonalities among transformative
traditions, mapping the process of transformation across traditions and individual experiences,
the DVD provides an opportunity for a window into nine specific guided transformative practices.
The
Living Deeply Signature Education Workshops blend the rigors of science with the deep wisdom
of the world's spiritual traditions. Join IONS research staff Marilyn Mandala Schlitz, PhD and
Cassandra Vieten, PhD as they offer key insights from the decade-long qualitative and quantitative
research study, of how people transform their lives. You will learn through the pathways of
rigorous inquiry, group dialogue, and direct experience about the kinds of transformations in consciousness
that dramatically and permanently change a person's worldview to one that is more loving, kind, compassionate,
and connected to others.

and a TGB favorite! This is a feature length documentary that asks the ultimate questions of life to world renowned masters and ordinary people alike. First time filmmaker Ward Powers didn't realize that he'd start a world-wide conversation and an important spiritual movement by making this film, but he did. ONE reminds us of our similarities while celebrating our differences, leaving us with a message of hope about our true destiny.
